May have been mentioned before, but am I correct in thinking that our last nine goals have been scored by nine different players?

Just seen the goals again on Skynews.

JT/Adrian both at fault for their goal, JT lets their guy run past him , Adrian comes out and is in no man's land.
Love Adrian but really needs to sort himself out on crosses.

Cracking overhead kick from AC for Nolan's goals, really unlucky not to score, also great finish from Nolan, headed it away from the keeper very smartly.

Great header from JT for the winner, hung in the air for ages over their centre back.

'btw I still think BFS is a complete mug. Playing Carroll up front with Zarate. Downing back wide. FFS.'

Were you watching? Downing was superb first half when he was on the left. Faded badly when switched to the middle after the subs. I put that down to lack of fitness after his recent lay-off, rather than anything else, but it still renders your point nonsensical.

Double proud of West Ham at the moment. That was a great effort by the squad last night. With the core of our best centre midfield out, Noble and Song, I wondered if we could get anything up there, especially the way things started, but that's not the first time we have responded well to concedeing first, instead of melting, like we got too used to seeing on cold tuesday nights north of the Watford Gap.

Have to wonder where we are going.

Left foot.

Right foot.

Swansea NEXT!

It makes me laugh that so many slag off Tomkins yet he was the stand out MofM according to -http://www.whoscored.com/Matches/829705/LiveStatistics/England-Premier-League-2014-2015-West-Bromwich-Albion-West-Ham

I was surprised myself that he got a 9.53 out of 10 having made a fist of his battle with Anichebe early doors but that doesn't get counted on stats.

Yes 9.53 and MofM. 22 clearances, 4 blocks, 4 interceptions, 1 tackle and scored....

Already we have won 3 away games, we could well have 7-8 aways wins come the end of the season.

If you look at West Ham's top flight history that represents one hell of a good season. More often than not we are lucky to accumulate as much as 5 away wins...

Re: WBA v West Ham - Official Match Thread 1-2 FT
I really enjoyed that result. It was a scappy game but since we were without Song, Sarkho and Valencia and even Noble its not surprising.

Nolan had a good game. Carroll. Well its difficult to judge. Sort of setup the first goal. Lets face it he didn't get any quality balls from the full backs did he?

Just appreciate that we have a pair of young, specialist full backs for the first time in ages - at least for one season.

Jenks tactical awareness defensively is far better than Demel, Guy probably has the better physical attributes. Not had a quality right back since Neill, shits all over the pair of them

Jenks so much better than Demel. He will get more assists this season than demel has got in his whole career.

Re: WBA v West Ham - Official Match Thread 1-2 FT
Anyway.. Last night was a massive, massive result and we can very realistically win our next 3 fixtures.

.............Plus we could be the first team this season to beat Chelsea......

You never know!
